IN RELENTLESS PURSUIT

I’m hoping to arouse your curiosity with regards to the life sentence that I have had unjustly imposed upon me.

I’d like to introduce you to the facts. Then, if by a miracle from God, you as an attorney are at the very least interested in looking into my case pro-bono, I am willing to release any and all information that may or may not already be available through public records.

I have not exhausted all of my appeals process, so I know there is hope if you’ll help. I am innocent of this crime.

Facts about trial errors:

- The D.A. was allowed by the judge during voir dire to inform the potential jurors of an 8½ year old previous conviction which was not the same charge, nor in any way related to the murder charge I’m currently trying to appeal.

- I’m an African American female who had an all white jury seated as jurors. I was also subjected to gender discrimination in the seating of my jurors. My jurors consisted primarily of men.

- There was never a weapon found in this case

- A receipt from where I was a gun owner at one time was used in the place of a weapon finding.

- Hand washing tests were negative

- No witnesses to the crime

- A neighbor who claims to have seen me standing over the victims body was the states star witness, yet at my trial she failed to identify me in court; she also admitted to being told to sign a photo of me that she was said to have selected on her own from a photo line-up.

- Evidence that could have gone in favor of my defense was never introduced at my trial even though my attorney had knowledge of police reports and phone records.

Facts about Evidence Not Introduced at Trial:

- I, the defendant, called 911 twice. This could have been verified through phone records.

- The descendant and I lived together not far from the location where she was killed; in the Amesbury Apartments. We had to obtain legal help to break our lease there because the apartment was burglarized on two separate occasions.
    - on the first occasion, nothing was stolen. The apartment was ransacked.
Money and jewelry were left undisturbed.
    - on the second occasion, writing was placed on the wall in the bathroom with a purple marker.
It was written so that when you stood in the mirror you could see the writing behind you.
    - we moved to our new residence, and were there less than 30 days before the descendants death.
    - The trajectory report is a piece of evidence I’d like you to examine, and you’ll understand why
       afterwards. I’m 5’2" tall.

If in the event after reviewing my case you are willing to take my case pro-bono, please contact me as soon as possible. My freedom has a price tag I can’t afford. Does that mean my innocence is pointless, as are the errors during my trial? I need your help!
