1. I never had a weapon and my sentence is aggravated!
2. The D.H. used the defendant's evidence in my trail which tainted it. 3. There was alot of coercion involved during leading investigation. 4. Leading detective made a promise to me which was confessed on the stand. 5. Was made to lay down under desk on the floor of the interrogation room while sick and 3½ months pregnant. 6. Was pulled out of my cell at 2-3am each night for lengthy questioning. Illegal Procedures! 7. On second appeal to Austin. The court erred in filing the Facts and Conclusions of law during my trial, but the courts gave them 30 days to fix the error and denied my appeal. 8. I am not guilty of Murder! Should have been convicted under Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle and Credit Card Abuse. 9. I need an attorney who can and will take the time to search and fight for me. |
